Welcome to L.A.’s hippest Boutique Real Estate Firm with some of L.A.’s most experienced real estate agents. Unlike most real estate offices, we only hire 10% of the agents that interview with us. Exceeding our clients expectations is our focus. Our agents are trained in being fierce negotiators for their clients and represent Estates to Condo’s in the Greater L.A. Area. The Collective is owned and managed by Anthony Vulin.

BLAKE DWYER

Originally from San Mateo, CA, Blake made his way down to Los Angeles in 2013, fell in love with LA and hasn't left since. He graduated from Loyola Marymount University and made his way into the "family" business a few years later. Although Blake does not currently work alongside any family members, real estate runs in the family. With two aunts, two uncles, one cousin, and his sister all holding real estate licenses, you might say selling homes is in his blood.

What sets Blake apart from dozens of other agents is his personalized approach. He loves brainstorming with his clients and the creative and building process of finding that gem of a home that is everything you wanted. Additionally, his attention to detail and smart style translate wonderfully into selling. Making sure the house is in its most presentable condition and creating an idyllic picture that potential buyers can see themselves stepping into. As a soon-to-be father, Blake knows the importance of a house being a home, a place where your child will grow up, you and your partner will grow old together, and a safe space to express yourself and call your own.
